At Texas Outfits, within 30 days of receiving your order, customer can exchange and return products to us in original condition. After 30 days, the company is not responsible for any of your satisfaction and error.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: You may request refund within 24 hours of receiving your product, so you get full refund.
- Partial Refund: 30% deduction from the refund amount will incur, if you made cancellation after 24 hours but within 3 days before shipping.
- No Cancellation: after 3 days from the order confirmation no cancellation will be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Within 3 working days your refund are processed and issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 05 to 14 days if your refund is processing through bank in your account.

Exchange Policy
- Customer can exchange and return products to us in original condition within 30 days.
