What can be returned or exchanged?

  • Items with incorrect size, color, or damage.
  • Items that differ from the description or image on our website.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Tags must be attached and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original condition is essential. No stains, cuts, or alterations.
  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (including a trackable service).

How to return or exchange an item:

  1. Email us at info@texasoutfits.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your reason for return/exchange and include clear photos of the item.
  3. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
  4. Once approved, send the item back to the original warehouse address using a trackable courier service.
  5. Share the tracking ID with our customer service team.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are free of charge, except for any customs fees.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving your return.
  • It may take 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account (some banks may take longer).

Order Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Orders cannot be canceled within 3 days of shipment.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (excluding cancellations within 24 hours).
