What can be returned or exchanged?
- Items with incorrect size, color, or damage.
- Items that differ from the description or image on our website.
Things to keep in mind:
- Tags must be attached and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original condition is essential. No stains, cuts, or alterations.
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (including a trackable service).
How to return or exchange an item:
- Email us at info@texasoutfits.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your reason for return/exchange and include clear photos of the item.
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
- Once approved, send the item back to the original warehouse address using a trackable courier service.
- Share the tracking ID with our customer service team.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are free of charge, except for any customs fees.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving your return.
- It may take 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account (some banks may take longer).
Order Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Orders cannot be canceled within 3 days of shipment.
Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (excluding cancellations within 24 hours).
