SHIPPING

• Working with UPS, DHL, and Skynet worldwide. We usually ship your order to you within 10 to 15 business days of placing your order. We will notify you by email when your package leaves our warehouse.
• All orders are free of shipping costs.
• You can specify an address other than the invoice address for your order delivery. Enter your invoice address first to order. Then click the “Enter different delivery address” button. Paying on an invoice is the only payment option for which a different payment address is not possible.
• If you have registered with us, you can view and track your orders under ‘My Account’.
• We will also send you a package tracking link to confirm the shipping. So you will be able to track your package at any time. This link may take up to 24 hours to activate.

RETURNS:

• Items with incorrect size, color, or damage.
• Items that differ from the description or image on our website.
• Tags must be attached and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
• Original condition is essential. No stains, cuts, or alterations.
• Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs (including a trackable service).
• Email us at info@texasoutfits.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Mention your reason for return/exchange and include clear photos of the item.
• Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
• Once approved, send the item back to the original warehouse address using a trackable courier service.
• Share the tracking ID with our customer service team.
• Exchanges are free of charge, except for any customs fees.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving your return.
• It may take 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account (some banks may take longer).
• You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
• Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Orders cannot be canceled within 3 days of shipment.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (excluding cancellations within 24 hours).
